1. Acceptance of these website terms
This website is operated by Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd on behalf of ScreenFrame, based in Maitland, Cape Town. The site is provided for general information about aluminium screen-printing frames, screen stretching services and related workshop support for garment printers in South Africa.
By using this site, submitting an enquiry form, or relying on any information published here, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms. If you do not agree with them, you should stop using the site and should not send any personal or business information through it.
2. Information published on the site
We take care to keep product and service information accurate, including details for new screen stretching, restretching, cleaning, adhesive application, tension checks and urgent turnarounds. However, the site content is for general guidance only and may change without notice as stock, workshop capacity, transport routes and municipal requirements change.
Sizes, turnaround times, service availability and delivery options may differ depending on the order, the destination and the condition of the frames supplied. In particular, clients in coastal areas, inland industrial zones or areas affected by load-shedding may experience different handling timelines, and any estimate given through the site is not a binding promise unless confirmed in writing for a specific order.
3. Orders, enquiries and service conditions
Enquiries submitted through the contact page are reviewed by our team and answered where practical during normal operating hours. A request submitted through the website does not itself create a contract. An order only becomes binding once ScreenFrame confirms the job, the specification and any pricing arrangements.
- All frame dimensions, mesh requirements and quantities must be supplied accurately.
- Clients are responsible for checking that the frames handed in are suitable for the requested work.
- Bulk orders, custom sizes and pickup or return services may require additional lead time.
- Urgent work is accepted subject to workshop capacity and material availability.
- Where frames are damaged, warped or contaminated the final outcome may be affected.
4. Prices, payment and supply limits
Any prices published on the site are subject to change and may differ by order size, frame condition, mesh type, collection point and delivery route. Final pricing is confirmed when the job is assessed. If an order is cancelled after work has started, costs already incurred may still be payable.
Where delivery is arranged to Johannesburg, Durban, Pretoria, Gqeberha or other South African destinations, the client accepts that transport timing can be affected by traffic, weather, route closures and courier delays. We do our best to keep things moving, but we do not accept responsibility for delays beyond our control.
- Payment terms may vary by customer profile and order type.
- Goods remain subject to payment until settled in full where applicable by law.
- ScreenFrame may decline or pause an order if information is incomplete or payment is outstanding.
5. Your responsibilities when using the site
You must use this site lawfully and for proper business purposes. You may not copy, alter, reverse-engineer, scrape or misuse content from the site, and you may not use the enquiry form to send false, misleading or unlawful material. Any personal information supplied must be accurate and current.
If you submit measurements, artwork notes, frame counts or collection details, you remain responsible for their correctness. Mistakes in dimensions or contact details can affect fitting, packing and delivery. Please check your information carefully before sending it through, especially if you are arranging a restretch or a custom-size order.
6. Intellectual property and permitted use
All text, images, layouts, drawings and service descriptions on this site are protected by applicable intellectual property law and remain the property of ScreenFrame or its licensors. You may view the site for your own business use, but you may not reproduce content for commercial use without prior written consent.
Any unauthorised use of the site content may result in legal action or a restriction on further access. If you wish to reference ScreenFrame services in your own materials, you must first obtain permission and must not imply endorsement where none has been given.
7. Liability, law and updates
To the fullest extent allowed under South African law, ScreenFrame and Astros Marketing (Pty) Ltd are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site, including loss of profit, loss of business, missed production deadlines or disruption caused by third-party transport or utilities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be dealt with under South African jurisdiction. We may update these terms from time to time, and the latest version will apply from the date it is published on the site.
